      1. Open the pouch

      Take the rounded flap by its top edge and fold it down. The pouch underneath is deep and lined in the same brushed fleece.

    • Step two, lowering the baby into the pouch facing outward with the head supported

      2. Lower your baby in

      Facing out, legs down, one hand behind the head the way you always do. The fleece takes the weight as they settle.

    • Step three, the flap folded back up with the bear ears standing and both hands free

      3. Fold the flap up

      The flap comes back up across the front and the two little ears stand up on it. Now let go.

        What sizes does it come in?

        Sizes S to XXL, cut oversized on purpose. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one.

        The size S measures 110cm across the bust laid flat, and every size after that goes up by 4cm. Measured flat with the garment laid out, so allow 1 to 2cm either way.

        How long does delivery take?

        Free delivery on every order, worldwide.

        Orders are packed and sent within 2 to 5 days. Delivery then takes 5 to 21 days, depending on where you are. Most orders arrive within 1 to 4 weeks of ordering.

        What if it does not fit?

        You have 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back for a full refund, for any reason at all. It needs to be unworn and in its original packaging. Return postage is on us if the item is faulty or not what you ordered.

        How do I wash it?

        Hand wash cold, then hang or line dry.

        Do not tumble dry, do not bleach and do not iron the pouch. Turn it inside out and wash it with similar colors. Treated this way the fleece stays soft, holds its shape and resists pilling.
